Eastlakes House

Project description

A growing family and the desire for a more contemporary dwelling informed the overall renovation of this Eastlakes house. The existing plan was restrictive and was completely remodeled to create an open plan living space with rear yard access.

The front extension enabled the design to feature a box frame parapet with timber detailing to soften the hard rendered look. At the rear, full length sliding doors open up the living spaces to the backyard.
