Project description

This original Californian bungalow was closed off from the great north to rear aspect making the house dark and disconnected from the rear yard.

The proposed rear alterations will transform the existing living space by encouraging internal and external spaces to overlap, with a soaring cathedral ceiling to flood the space with natural light.
