A new commercial office building which draws inspiration from the local historic industrial setting. Made up of fifty small format offices with a strong focus on generous communal space and an abundance of light to encourage chance encounters between occupants.
The angled roof trusses stand in contrast to the curves of the void spaces and dense landscaped planters providing relief from the hard industrial nature of the existing building and concrete masses.
Larger street-facing retail spaces have been incorporated alongside small to medium sized office spaces with basement carparking, storage areas, communal kitchens and private meeting rooms.
