Our aim was to create a space which would encourage collaboration and chance encounters between tenants.
Small format creative office spaces are clustered around common break out areas and amenities so that occupants can work organically from either their own private office or collaboratively within the common spaces.
The saw tooth roof and original structure has been highlighted and offset with fun pops of colour and artwork throughout.
