This seven-hectare site is located within the Snowy Mountains Special Activation Precinct which has a goal to create a year-round tourist destination, with associated services, infrastructure and business opportunities.
Ongoing and extensive collaboration with bushfire, biodiversity and engineering consultants alongside council planners and representatives has ensured continued progress towards a positive outcome for this project.
The proposal involved planning and subdivision into residential lots with the inclusion of a commercially activated zone and tourist accommodation eco-lodges, in order to inform the draft DCP.
