Warehouse Retreat
Our approach to converting this 1920’s warehouse into a home was to strip out all non-original additions and carefully re-insert spaces which allowed for a hierarchy of privacy from public to private.
The central portion of the warehouse houses all of the common living spaces which are orientated around a new central courtyard, flooding the space with natural light.
